- Litter control and street sweeping
- Limb chipping and seasonal leaf collection
- General beautification of city-owned property and rights-of-way
Leaf Collection Program
Loose leaf pickup begins each year in mid-to-late October and continues through December 31st. Crews operate Monday through Friday on a rolling route (no fixed schedule). Residents are encouraged to place loose leaves curbside—not in bags—for pickup.
Bagged leaves may be collected by Bluegrass Waste as part of regular garbage service, subject to the weekly ten (10) bag limit.

Limb Chipping Program
Limb pickup is provided for branches between 1" and 4" in diameter, neatly stacked at the curb. Please do not bundle limbs or include stumps, roots, or yard waste mixed with debris. Our chipper truck operates on a city-wide rotating basis.
