Occupational Tax
All businesses operating in Demoville must have a valid business license. To obtain one, please complete the Business Registration Form and return it to:

Businesses with employees must withhold a 1.5% local occupational tax and submit payments quarterly along with the Employers Withholding Tax Form.
Additionally, each business is required to submit:
- An annual Reconciliation License Fee Form (due by end of calendar year)
- A completed Net Profit License Fee Form (Form OL-S) annually *Minimum Net Profit Fee: $50.00
Insurance Premium Tax
Insurance Premium Tax is collected from all insurers who sell and manage policies within the City of Demoville.
